If an account is suspended for any reason, we can refund your remaining balance or transfer it to a new ad account.

‍We are NOT able to provide refunds for subscription plans for any reason - though we can cancel your next months billing upon request.

Please note that disputing top ups and/or plans made via credit card will lead to your balance being sent to a collections agency/private debt collector in your region.
